ON BOARD: Cupcakes on wheels are coming your way.

The trend of mobile cupcake factories in Orange County will not end with Johnson. Morsels Baking Company plans to begin selling cupcakes and other goodies in Huntington Beach and Irvine via a bakery truck equipped with ovens and mixers on July 1.
“We can take the truck and go where the business is, rather than have the business come to us,” said Morsels co-owner Donna Collier. “It’s lower risk financially, and also you can kind of create your own opportunity.”
